You have the right to return your products for a refund within 7 days after ordering. Please note that products that are purchased directly from our website have to be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. The products can’t be exchanged at a retailer.

In order for a return to be approved, make sure that below is equal to the product you return:
The product should be in the same condition as when it was received
The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers
The product is purchased directly from our website
The product is not customized
The product is in its original shrink wrapping (plastic protector)
If you have bought a product with a discount code, we will refund you the amount you have paid less the postage cost.
Please note that you need to pay the return cost when returning your order.
