If you wish to make a change in your delivery address, please contact us via the customer support portal and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. In the event that we are unable to process the address change, usually, because the package has already been handled, we will have to wait until the parcel has been returned to us to be able to ship it to your new address.


Please note if you have an address change then the address change must be within the same country.
